Unprovisioned orders may be cancelled subject to payment verification. Domain, licence, SSL, gateway, setup and third-party charges are non-refundable once committed. For websites, applications, design and marketing, completed discovery and milestones are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible and may take 5–10 business days after verification.
